We accept all standard digital payment methods, including UPI (GPay, PhonePe), net banking, credit/debit cards, and cash. A booking advance is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance cleared at the time of vehicle pickup.
We keep our security deposit simple, fully refundable, and straightforward. A standard security deposit (which varies depending on the vehicle category, such as hatchback vs. SUV) is collected at the time of pickup and fully refunded upon vehicle return after a standard inspection.
By default, vehicles are picked up and dropped off at our main hub in Guwahati (Lokhra Sagol Para). Customized pickup or drop-off arrangements (such as airport transfers or point-to-point drops) can be pre-arranged on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.
Our rental pricing includes the thoroughly serviced and sanitized self-drive vehicle, standard vehicle insurance, and custom route mapping/itinerary support. Fuel costs, toll taxes, parking fees, and any interstate permit charges are separate and borne by the renter.
We highly encourage adhering to your scheduled drop-off time to avoid disrupting the next booking. If you are running late, please notify us immediately. Late returns are subject to an hourly late fee as specified in your rental agreement.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation. We offer flexible booking changes and free cancellations if your travel plans shift, provided you notify us within the required notice window prior to your scheduled trip start date.
